So without giving you to much tech jargon about what's going on, we simply have to many people trying to hit the site at once. We are going to ask if you are trying to get your downloads please try again this Evening or Tomorrow as this will help with the situation.
We are working diligently with our hosting provider to figure out a longer term solution, but it's a slow process to get a permanent fix to this situation.

A few updates have been posted to backers for the PDF versions of the world map and world setting.
If you are a pre-order that pledged after you can claim your digital rewards on backers kit by following these steps:
Step 1.) Click on or copy paste https://www.backerkit.com/backer_accounts/sign_in
Step 2.) Sign In
Step 3.) Select the The World of the Lost Lands
Step 4.) Left Hand Side there is a green button called "Get your Digital Downloads"
Step 5.) Click Said Button mentioned in Step 4.)
Step 6.) Click or Copy paste the link provided
Step 7.) Process your order on https://froggodgames.com/
Step 8.) Enjoy!

Note 1: Any version of the PDF map is the same map PDF. You only need to download it the once.
Note 2: If you are trying to claim more than 1 code at a time the system won't like that very much. You'll need to do 1 code at a time.
For those already encountering this issue, simply empty your cart and retry doing 1 code at a time.
